A 3 days Tanzania safari to Serengeti and Ngorongoro is an unforgettable adventure that promises to be both exhilarating and memorable. We are excited to take you on this journey through two of Tanzania’s most iconic national parks, where you’ll witness some of the most spectacular wildlife on earth.
The Serengeti is a vast savannah that stretches over 14,000 square kilometers and is home to the largest mammal migration in the world while the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, which is known for its incredible biodiversity and unique landscape is also home to the Ngorongoro Crater, a collapsed volcano that forms a natural enclosure for a variety of animals, including elephants, rhinos, and buffalos.
You will start early in the morning at 5:00am from Moshi (we can also pick you up from your hotel in Arusha at around 6:30am). Drive to Serengeti National park via Ngorongoro conservation area. You will make a quick stop for breakfast in Karatu on the way to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.
You will drive through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area where you will enjoy the game drive en route. Arrival at Serengeti National Park is in the early afternoon – and you will do a game drive until sunset.
Serengeti offers one of the most amazing wildlife viewing in Africa: great herds of buffalo and wildebeests, groups of elephant and giraffes, eland, impala and Grant’s gazelle, Lions, leopards and others, can be seen very often. Dinner and overnight at your chosen accommodation
You will get up early in the morning for a game drive to witness the spectacular sunrise of the Serengeti. The game drive will continue until the early afternoon. Either return to your accommodation for a hot lunch or you will take a lunch pack with you. We will then drive back through the Serengeti and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area with game drive en-route, observing more lions, leopards, cheetahs, zebras, wildebeest, gazelles and hyenas. Accommodation and dinner at your category of choice in Karatu region right close-by to the Ngorongoro Crater Area.
After early breakfast at around 5:50 am, descend down crater at 6:00 am for a 6- to 7-hour game drive with a picnic lunch. A real life Eden, you will be amazed by its abundant wildlife that get very close to the vehicle. The crater floor supports more than 25,000 large mammals including the remaining Black Rhinos, Zebras, Gnus, Gazelles, Buffalos, Lions, Hippos, Elephants, Elands, Hyenas and a number of aquatic birds. Around late afternoon we will ascend from the crater and depart from the Northern Circuit safari region.
By 6/7p.m., you will be dropped off in Arusha/Moshi and say your goodbyes to your team after a fantastic adventure and a lifetime of memories
